Commitment to excellence and performance
Northside Trade & Training (NTT) positions itself as a key player in the trade of products and services for the industrial sector: trade in measuring and testing instruments, PPE (personal protective equipment) and electrical and electronic equipment; and preparation of analysis and test reports for industry.
We aim to meet the most stringent national and international requirements in order to ensure the sustainability and growth of our company in a complex and evolving economic environment. To this end, Executive Management has decided to:
- achieve and secure all of our future objectives;
- ensure compliance with the most demanding quality standards;
- expand our customer portfolio and strengthen our competitiveness;
- optimize our internal processes for greater operational efficiency.
A new quality policy has been established as part of the design of our organization and the management of our various resources and products. The design of NTT’s quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 will focus in particular on the following strategic priorities:
- Continuously improve the organization, management and use of our resources and our performance.
- Develop the company’s business activity, competitiveness and profitability.
To successfully implement our quality policy, we as Executive Management are committed to complying with applicable requirements (normative, legal and regulatory), providing the necessary organization and resources, and continuously improving the quality management system through the following objectives:
- work toward the continuous improvement of our organization and the sustainable development of our products and services;
- listen to our customers, build their loyalty and increase their satisfaction;
- optimize revenue in order to increase profitability;
- develop the skills of our people.
A collective commitment to the success of our quality policy
The success of this approach depends on the active involvement of all NTT employees. I therefore invite them to commit fully to implementing, improving and sustaining this quality system. Together, we will build an ever more efficient, competitive and forward-looking company.
